OUR MISSION

Brave Heart’s Mission is to change the way we look at one another – I see you and I accept you for whom you are. We would also like to motivate people to firstly, forgive the bully for what they have done, and secondly, we will transform the bully to change their ways. This will not only apply to children, but to adults and the South African public in general.

We will do so by giving information on how to identify a bully incident, guidance to handle such an incident or recurring event.  We will also organize events and programs to inspire all South Africans to change and to bring communities together. Together we can make a great nation and South Africa a safer place to live in.

OUR GOALS

Our first goal is to implement this campaign on 3 May 2019 – Brave Heart Day.  We will challenge all South Africans to participate to create a massive movement against bullying.  Our aim is to have a blue and red society on 3 May 2019 – getting all to wear blue (for healing) and or red (for courage). We will have an icon merchandise item (soon to be announced) available to be bought as we would like to see that people make themselves known as someone who takes a stand against bullying. We will encourage the general public to join this campaign as we would like to see them become owners of the solution.

One of our long-term goals is to create awareness through campaigns packed with information such as, what bullying is, legal and other implications a bully can or may face, legal and other rights of victims, self-protection etc.
