Brave Heart Day

WHAT IS BRAVE HEART DAY?

Brave Heart day will be implemented as a National day on the 1st of May 2020, where we will be creating a massive movement against bullying in South Africa.  The purpose of the day is to create a COMMUNITY SANCTION on bullying by empowering the community with information and by getting their participation in this campaign.  By doing so we will create a NEW environment in South Africa where each citizen will stand up and change its ways so that we can all live in a free and safe environment.  We will be asking all South Africans to wear blue and red (blue for forgiveness and red for love).  We will also have an icon merchandising item available (soon to be announced) for purchase and would like to encourage all South Africans to wear this item to show their support for such a huge social problem and their support for a  good cause.

Most of all we want everybody to have fun by doing so!!

Our slogan for BRAVE Heart Day is “Braveheart… where the heart is free to change’’.

HOW TO GET YOUR
SCHOOL INVOLVED

Brave Heart Day is for young and old.  Bullies don’t distinguish between ages.  We would like to encourage all schools to purchase our icon merchandising item (soon to be announced) and to wear blue and red that day (blue for forgiveness and red for love).  It is very important for each school to set up an anti-bullying program at their school to suit their learners’ needs and to motivate them not to bully.
BRAVE Heart posters and banners are available on request.  Contact us on info@projectbraveheart.co.za for more suggestions and programs in your area that you can link up to.
By taking BRAVEHeart’s hand it will earn you the title of BRAVE School and you will be an example to all schools in South Africa and encourage them to do the same.  By becoming a BRAVE School, we will lessen the bullying incidents in South Africa.
Any suggestions from your school to minimize this problem will be accepted with open arms.  Working together will create a safer environment for all to live in.

HOW TO GET YOUR
WORKPLACE INVOLVED

Brave Heart Day is aimed at young and old. The bullying problem in the workplace has not received the necessary attention as it should. Parents today work under extreme pressure and it eventually reflects on their household/friends that is why we would like to create a safer environment for workers in the workplace.  Our children are our future work force….!
On the day we encourage colleagues to create a fun day in the office.  On this day everybody can purchase our icon merchandising item (soon to be announced) and wear blue and red (blue for forgiveness and red for love).
BRAVE Heart posters and banners are available on request.  Contact us on info@projectbraveheart.co.za for more suggestions and programs in your area that you can link up to.
If your company decides to implement our anti-bullying act, it will earn you the title of Brave Company.  By becoming a BRAVE Company, we will lessen the bullying incidents in South Africa.
We would like companies and workers to challenge other companies to do the same or better.  Let’s see what your company and colleagues are made of to fight this worthy cause, because together we can build a great nation and a safer work environment for all in South Africa.
